1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Keyscope, provided by Infradise Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using the software.

2. License Tiers

Free Edition (or Plan): Granted for non-commercial, private, and educational use at no cost. This is intended for individual learning and hobbyist projects.

Pro Edition (or Plan): A paid license is mandatory for any commercial, professional, or corporate environment. This applies to all for-profit companies, government agencies, and freelancers working for paying clients.

3. Commercial Use Definition

Commercial use is defined as any use of the Software to support a revenue-generating entity or as part of professional duties. If you use Keyscope on a company-issued device or for work that you are compensated for, a valid Pro License is required.

4. Intellectual Property

The Software is licensed, not sold. Infradise Inc. retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, copyrights, and trademarks. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.

5. Limitation of Liability

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL INFRADISE INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, DATA LOSS, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE.
